Today's set of results marks a historic milestone for the school, as it is the first set of GCSEs under our new name, ‘Ken Stimpson Academy.’
Most importantly, today represents a significant step in the future of all Year 11 students across the country. The nerves and apprehension they feel as they enter the room to collect their sealed envelopes are soon replaced with joy and elation as they see their hard work paying off. Their focus quickly shifts to the excitement of their future plans.
We are incredibly proud of all our students; witnessing them open their results is truly an honour and a privilege. Today is also about understanding "what’s next" and exploring the opportunities that await them in the immediate future. To each and every student, we wish them well in whatever comes next. For those moving on to fresh challenges elsewhere, we wish them the very best of luck. For those returning to KSA, we are excited to welcome them back as they continue their journey with us.
From a whole-school perspective, we are thrilled by their success. In a world where accountability is key, we are delighted to report substantial increases in every single progress measure! These achievements are the result of immense hard work from students, teachers, and parents alike. On behalf of the school, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you. You should all feel very proud of yourselves.
