Our Year 10 students recently benefited from taking part in mock interviews with external business professionals. This was a fantastic experience, helping them develop essential interview skills and gain confidence. They received excellent constructive feedback, which will undoubtedly be a great help for their future careers.

A huge thank you to all the volunteers and businesses that support us for these events. Your contributions really make a difference to our students!

What a fantastic way to end the term! We all had an amazing time at our celebration assembly on Friday. It was brilliant to see so many achievements recognised, with certificates handed out for everything from maths challenges and best sports awards to high attendance and attitude to learning.

A huge well done to all our students who were celebrated for their hard work and dedication. It was also wonderful to see the amazing talent on display with some outstanding performances from both students and staff. And a special shout-out to Miss Ward for bringing the fun and chaos with her mystery rave at the end, our ears are still ringing!

These photos show just a very small snapshot of the day. A huge congratulations to everyone for a brilliant year!

Year 9 KSA students enjoying a good read with a biscuit and a nice cup of tea!

To mark the end of our Non-Fiction Writing topic, the English department hosted a relaxed newspaper reading session - the perfect blend of learning and leisure.

Our English teachers kindly ask for parents’ support in encouraging students to read real news - local, national, and international - as preparation for their Non-Fiction English GCSE exam.

Dorset Walk Update: Today we successfully conquered Day 2! Students (and staff!) have been amazing and shown real strength. Day two is always a difficult one even before we factor in the sun!

The sea breeze has been very welcome today on the coastal paths.

Onwards to Day Three!

It’s been a warm and challenging day, but the students have done brilliantly! We’ll be starting earlier tomorrow so we can finish a bit sooner. Thank you all for your continued support.
