ClassCharts is currently experiencing a technical problem which is causing the site to be very slow/unavailable. We are aware that this has been affecting staff, students and parents/carers for most of the day and we are unsure at this time when it will be resolved. As soon as the company gives us an update we will let you know.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Amir Walji.
A great servant to education and one of the most committed teachers you could ever meet, Amir was the epitome of integrity and was held in the highest respect.
We have lost a brilliant teacher, a great colleague and a good friend.
Please see our website for a letter from the Headteacher, Mr D Whales

It was an extra busy week last week so it was nice to take a moment during Thursday to celebrate Headteacher's Commendations with the weeks nominees. With hot chocolate, cookies and certificates, we heard about how these students have gone above and beyond both at school and in outside pursuits. Well done to all!
Thank you to everyone for your support with our Children in Need event on Friday - together we raised £1352!
Last Wednesday we hosted our first ever Careers Fair giving parents/carers and students the opportunity to meet with a wide range of employers and educational institutes to help guide future pathways.
Throughout the day students were able to talk to the stall holders and we were pleased to see lots of indepth conversations taking place.
We hope this is the first of many!

A reminder that we are closed to students this upcoming Friday, 22nd November 2024 due to staff training day.
This week our Year 11 Art students enjoyed a trip to the Fitzwilliam William Museum in Cambridge. We had a cracking day sampling the many sights and delights of such a beautiful museum and gallery, giving students some great inspiration for now and the future.
Earlier this term our Year 9 students presented their work from their Year 8 CSI project. This practical based project allowed them to explore different scientific research techniques and skills to solve a mock crime. It culminated in them producing a written piece of work using what they had learnt to present their findings.
With thanks to Cambridgeshire Constabulary for supporting us with this engaging and rewarding topic.
Today staff and students took part in Odd Socks Day to help raise awareness for Anti-Bullying Week! A great way to celebrate the initiative led by the Anti-Bullying Alliance charity as part of a week of assemblies and activities.
This Friday we are excited to be joining with many others in the UK to participate in fundraising for Children in Need! We're having a non-uniform day and a double break filled with fun activities and stalls. We suggest students bring in a suggested donation of £1 to participate in non-uniform as well as spare change for the activities during the double break.
