Kick Start Day 1

Today marked the start of KickStart Week at KSA!
Now in its third year, KickStart continues to make a significant impact on school life.
We began the week with Crew. For those new to KSA, Crews are small groups of students and staff who meet twice a week. They provide a strong support network, helping students navigate new experiences, build lasting friendships and become active members of our school community.
The morning continued with two KickStart sessions. The first saw students attend welcome assemblies led by Heads of Year and Support Staff, outlining key information and expectations for the year ahead.
Students then took part in a range of activities designed to support a successful start to the year. Years 7, 11 and Post 16 attended Behaviour Expectations assemblies, Years 8 and 9 focused on Character Development, and Year 10 participated in tutor-led Ready to Learn workshops.
It has been a fantastic start to the week, and we are incredibly proud of the positivity and engagement shown by our students.
